尼西亞信經 The Nicene Creed
我們信獨一上帝，
全能的聖父；祂創造天地和有形無形的萬物。
我們信主耶穌基督，
上帝的獨生子，在萬世之前為聖父所生，
從上帝出來的上帝，從光出來的光，從真神出來的真神。
被生而非受造，與聖父一體；萬物都藉着祂受造。
祂為拯救我們世人從天降臨，
藉着聖靈從童女馬利亞取了肉身而成為人；
祂在本丟彼拉多手下為我們被釘在十字架上；
被害，埋葬；照聖經的話第三天復活、升天，
坐在聖父的右邊；將來祂必從威榮中再降臨，
審判活人、死人；祂的國度永無窮盡。
我們信賜生命的主聖靈，
從聖父和聖子而出，與聖父和聖子同受尊敬，
同得榮耀。祂曾藉着眾先知說話。
我們信使徒所建立的獨一而神聖的大公教會。
我們承認為赦罪而設立的獨一洗禮。
我們期待死人復活，和來世的生命。

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father. Through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven;
by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the virgin Mary, and was made man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of Life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son.
With the Father and the Son he is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.
